Trigger Bliss at Chelmsford Library

Prison event: This year, artist and facilitator Trigger Bliss will be returning following a fantastically successful workshop last year. TriggerBliss fuses spoken word with other art forms to inspire healing, conscious thought, and authentic expression andd facilitates accessible and inclusive intergenerational creative well-being activities that support the mental and emotional well-being of the wider community.  Trigger Bliss leads a dynamic creative well-being workshop filled with colour, community and conversation providing a platform for prisoners to connect with the outside world.

.....Meanwhile over in Harlow
