Saffron Building Society Opens a New Branch in Braintree Library

 

 

 

We are pleased to welcome a brand new service to Braintree Library! Saffron Building Society is officially opening a new Braintree branch on Friday 23 January 2026.

 

The branch will provide a full range of face-to-face services, including:

• Savings accounts for individuals, community groups and local businesses
• Support and guidance from trained staff
• Financial wellbeing reviews

 

We’re excited to help bring this personal financial support to our local community, and hope that you will join us in celebrating the addition of Saffron Building Society to Braintree Library!

 

The grand opening will begin on Friday 23 January at 9.30am, with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony at 12pm. This will be attended by Councillor Mark Durham, Essex Library Service representatives, and Saffron Building Society’s directors and Board.

 

Local residents, business owners and Saffron members are warmly invited to join us for the celebrations.
