By changing your Search Term and clicking Enter, or clicking on the Search button, you will get fresh search results. By doing this, you will clear any filters you had set. The pinned filters, field, area, sorting, and view options will remain intact.

The Clear All button will clear all the filters you have set that are not pinned. The Apply Filters button will refresh the search results after new filters have been added and/or the Search Field, Search Area, or Sorting Method has been updated.
