Refugee Week 2024

Refugee Week 2024 is 17–23 June. Reading can be a great way to understand about issues and also about people’s lived experience so we’ve compiled some booklists for children, teenagers and adults that are by or about people with lived experience of seeking refuge.

 

Essex Library Service is a Library of Sanctuary and as part of Refugee Week we’ve partnered with the brilliant Mercury Theatre and RAMA (Refugee, Asylum Seeker & Migrant Action) for some great events.
