Freegal Music+ Comes to Essex Libraries
We're so excited to welcome our new music provider, Freegal Music+!
From 23 June, you can access Freegal Music+ with your library card and enjoy listening to millions of free songs every month!
They have a collection of over 18 million songs belonging to over 200 genres, from more than 93,000 musical labels worldwide! With 200,000 songs added monthly, there’s always something new for listeners to discover. Whether you’re seeking a blast from the past or a current Billboard hit, they’ve got what you’re looking for, from Tate McRae, Adele, and Beyoncé, to Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, and Miranda Lambert.
Log into Freegal via their website or by downloading their free app, and log in using your library card details.
How to Sign In
Sign into Freegal Music+ easily with your Essex library card number and PIN. You can then browse their fantastic selection and stream songs whenever, wherever! You can also download 5 songs to your device per week.
You can also download the Freegal Music+ app from the App Store or Google Play to listen from your device anywhere. If you’re using the app, you'll be prompted to search for your location. Search for 'Essex' and then select 'Essex Libraries UK' to log in.
