Description:

Reclaim your energy, balance, and confidence through specialized monthly discussions designed for women in midlife and beyond. 

Sessions will be facilitated by Rebekah Gough (UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and certified Menopause Coach) and cover a range of women's health topics relevant for those in mid-life and beyond. As well as discussions, the sessions will include some practical activities as well as information to take home. 

Session 1 (02/12/25): How to stay calm, connected and grounded through the festive season.

Session 2 (06/01/26) Healthy eating and nourishment to support your wellbeing.

The topics for further sessions are to be confirmed. However, will cover areas including pre-menopause and menopause wellbeing.
