What challenges do you have when using digital systems, applications and websites?

This free, five-week course aims to give you the skills and confidence to tackle everyday digital and financial tasks. The course, led by our “Digital Champions” trained Library staff, includes the following topics

Session 1: Essential digital skills

Session 2: How to use your computer or mobile phone; digital security

Session 3: Registering with the NHS App; using gov.uk; online marketplace

Sessions 4 & 5: Content tailored to your own individual needs

Short assessments at the beginning and end of the course will measure your current skill level and your progress throughout the course.
