Mashed Potato Mouse
Ingredients
For the mashed potato
- 500g potatoes
- 75ml milk
- 50g butter (softened)
For the cauliflower patties
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Oil
To garnish
- ½ cucumber
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 4 blueberries
