When we move to our new Library Management System, customer records with the loan history feature active, will keep a loan history for the last five years.
If your current loan history goes back further than that, and you want to keep it, you will need to download, print or email your record to yourself before the end of March.
You can do this by logging into your account on the library catalogue and selecting the appropriate action (CSV export will download your loan history as a spreadsheet).
If you use the reading list function within the current library catalogue, you will need to recreate these lists once we have moved over to the new system.
If you want to retain the information in your current reading lists, you will need to either print or email them to yourself before the end of March.
You can do this by logging into your account on the library catalogue.
