You may have recently learnt which school your child is due to attend in September, which is exciting, but could be slightly worrying given the current Coronavirus situation.

Your school will be in touch with information and advice, but we can also help you prepare your child for what to expect at school. Watch our Starting school in September video for 5 simple and useful tips that, despite being stuck at home, you can put into practice to get them ready for that all important first day at school.

The school themed tips cover things to do out on your walks, playing school at home, dressing up, visiting the school online and, one of our favourites, read, read, read!

Sharing time together and talking to your child is not only fun, it helps your child’s development and Talk Listen Cuddle have some top tips to get those conversations started.
