Employ-Ability is a specialist employment support charity working with people experiencing mental ill health. Our purpose is to support people with mental ill health to secure and retain employment.

At Employ-Ability we also work with employers to ensure successful job matches and to provide any additional support they may feel is required. We provide our services across West Essex, South Essex, Southend and West Suffolk
