• How do I search the catalogue?

To search the catalogue, select the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page, this will then expand allowing you to type in what you’re looking for on the libraries catalogue. Then press enter and you will be taken to the libraries catalogue which is the same as the catalogue you are currently used to. (On a mobile device, select the three lines at the top of the screen to reveal the catalogue search box.)

• How do I create and update my reading lists

You can either create a reading list on the catalogue by selecting an item, pressing add to list and creating a new list is one of the drop down options or on your account there is a section called My Lists which will take you to your reading lists, from there you can edit, rename and add new lists.

• How do I pay any charges on my account?

At the bottom of your my account page, your charges are listed. Simply press pay now to be taken to the ecapita system to pay your charges

• Where are my reading lists?

Your reading lists can be found on the my account section of the website under my lists. 

• Why don’t I have personalised recommendations

If you do not borrow any titles from us, the system will not be able to recommend any items. You can select genre preferences in your account which will help improve your recommendations

• Where is the catalogue?

The catalogue Is the spyglass image at the top of the website. (On a mobile device, select the three lines at the top of the screen to reveal the catalogue search box.)

• Why can’t I search the website?

This is no longer a feature of the new website.

• Where is the contact us page?

The ways you can contact us are at the bottom of every page.

• I have an issue with the website
